His knowledge, encouragement, and patience allowed me to propel myself even in the context of my introductory level. Eric is more than just my manager, he is my mentor and teacher. Even though I was unfamiliar with much of the corporate world, Eric made sure I was up to speed and ready to tackle any challenge that would be given to me. Eric guided me through DLL and my role there. At the top of my role at DLL was my manager Eric Zeller, a member of the Human Resources department at DLL. Folks at DLL are very eager to share their knowledge and experiences while also encouraging collaborative participation in their work. Upon entering DLL’s virtual workspace, I was immediately introduced to a warm and inviting environment. I began exploring departments such as Human Resources, Risk Management, Sales, and Marketing.
